Croatia's Ilirija buys back 100 own shares

September 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Ilirija [ZSE:ILRA] held 8,956 of its own shares representing 0.371% of the issued capital as of September 11, the company said on Wednesday, following its most recent share buyback.

On September 10, Ilirija bought back 100 own shares, representing 0.0041% of its issued share capital, it said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

Ilirija's shares did not trade by 1455 CET on Wednesday on the ZSE, after closing flat at 202 kuna ($30/27.3 euro) on Tuesday.

(1 euro = 7.39381 kuna)
