Croatia's HZ Infrastruktura starts 25 mln kuna (3.3 mln euro) railway upgrade

November 13 (SeeNews) - Croatian railway infrastructure operator HZ Infrastruktura said on Tuesday it has launched a 25 million kuna ($4.3 million/3.3 million euro) upgrade of the 11.8-kilometre Pozega – Velika section.

The reconstruction should be completed by May 1, 2013, HZ Infrastruktura said in a statement.

HZ Infrastruktura also plans to sign a contract with the city of Pozega for the reconstruction of the Pleternica – Caglin – Nasice railway.
