Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom repurchases 1333 shares

November 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Monday it held 440,113 of its own shares as of November 11, representing 0.541881% of the company's issued share capital.

Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 1,333 of its shares at 169 kuna ($25.1/22.7 euro) apiece on November 8, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

HT's share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without par value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.

HT's shares traded at 168.5 kuna by 1207 CET on the ZSE on Monday, down 0.3% from Friday's close.
