September 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Monday it held 409,732 of its own shares as of September 23, representing 0.504475% of the cpompany's issued share capital.
Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 174 of its shares at 162 kuna ($24.0/21.9 euro) apiece on September 20, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).
Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.
Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 162 kuna by 1114 CET on ZSE on Monday, unchanged from Friday's close.
