Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom buys back 2,324 shares

September 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] said on Friday it held 409,558 of its own shares as of September 20, representing 0.50426% of the issued share capital.

Hrvatski Telekom (HT) bought back 1,119 of its shares at 163.9 kuna ($24.5/22.1 euro) apiece on September 18, and a further 1,205 shares at 163 kuna per share a day later, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

Its share capital of 10.24 billion kuna is divided into some 81.22 million shares without nominal value. Deutsche Telekom controls 51.4% of HT.

Hrvatski Telekom's shares traded at 162 kuna by 1159 CET on ZSE on Friday, up 0.62%.
