November 9 (SeeNews) - Croatian computer retailer HG Spot said it posted a loss of 23.7 million kuna ($4.9 million/3.3 million euro) for the first nine months of 2009, but gave no comparative figures for the year-ago period.
Total costs fell to 108.1 million kuna through September from 204.3 million kuna a year earlier, the company said in a statement posted on the Zagreb Stock Exchange website.
In the third quarter alone, the company widened its pre-tax loss to 5.358 million kuna, from 3.112 million kuna a year earlier, HG Spot said in a separate statement posted on ZSE.
HG Spot shares were last traded on November 6, when they closed unchanged at 29 kuna.
