December 9 (SeeNews) - Croatian software developer Gisdata Group said on Wednesday it will deliver a software solution to Serbian blue-chip dairy company Imlek for an undisclosed sum.
The software solution will ensure efficient distribution of Imlek products and will control the operation of the company fleet of over 140 vehicles, Gisdata said in a statement sent to SeeNews.
Zagreb-based Gisdata also has units in Slovenia, Hungary, Bosnia, Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo. The company has operations in Montenegro, as well.
UK-based investment fund Salford Capital Partners owns Imlek.
