Croatia's general govt debt up 0.3% y/y in Jan

May 10 (SeeNews) - Croatia's general government debt rose to 46.939 billion euro ($50.5 billion) in January from 46.802 billion euro in the same month of 2023, central bank figures showed.

On a monthly comparison basis, general government debt declined 2.6% in January, according to data published by the Croatian National Bank.

In January the domestic component of general government debt increased by 3.6% on the year to 33.010 billion euro, while the external component fell 6.8% to 13.929 billion euro.
