November 18 (SeeNews) - Croatian drug producer Genera said it has acquired 13,430 of its own shares, equal to 0.73 % of its capital.

Croatia’s Genera Buys Back 13,430 Shares

After the acquisition, Genera owns 50,412 shares, or 2.73 % of its share capital, the company said in a statement posted on Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) website on Tuesday.

The acquisition price was 69.98 Croatian kuna ($14/9.6 euro) per share.

Genera shares were not traded by 1000 GMT on Wednesday. They closed at 62 kuna on Tuesday, unchanged from the previous close.
