Croatia's Erste issues 400 mln euro green senior preferred bond

January 22 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Erste&Steiermaerkische Bank d.d., part of Austria's Erste Group, said on Monday it has issued on the international capital markets its inaugural green senior preferred bond in the total amount of 400 million euro ($436 million), maturing in 2029.

The green bond is issued under the Erste Group sustainable finance framework and will be listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The bond is callable after four years.

BNP Paribas SA, Citigroup Societe Generale and Erste Group Bank were the joint lead managers of the bond issue.
