Croatia's ENS to build 25 mln kuna (3.3 mln euro) shopping mall in Ludbreg - report

December 10 (SeeNews) - Croatian company ENS will build a 25 million kuna ($4.0 million/3.3 million euro) shopping mall in the northern town of Ludbreg, some 100 kilometres north of Zagreb, local media reported.

The shopping mall, which will spread on 3,200 sq m, should be built in up to two years, news portal Podravski.hr reported on Tuesday.

The company will pay some 2 million kuna for the 7,372 sq m land plot, it added.

ENS is owned by Croatian politician Zlatko Canjuga, who was mostly active in the 1990s.
