Croatia’s Djuro Djakovic places takeover bid for Ingra

September 17 (SeeNews) - Croatian holding company Djuro Djakovic said on Monday it has placed a takeover bid for local civil engineering firm Ingra.

Djuro Djakovic Holding is offering to pay 6.0 kuna ($1.06/0.81 euro) per Ingra share, it said in a statement posted on the website of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.

Ingra’s capital is divided into 13,545,200 ordinary shares of 20 kuna in nominal value each.

Ingra's shares were traded 3.32% lower at 4.95 kuna by 1335 GMT on Monday on the Zagreb bourse.
