December 11 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) rose on Wednesday, as diversified holding company Djuro Djakovic [ZSE:DDJH] partially recovered losses sustained a day earlier, ZSE data showed.
Djuro Djakovic's shares closed at 5.14 kuna, up 2.8%.
Shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] paced the blue-chip losers on Wednesday as its shares closed 3.68% lower at 366 kuna.
Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] generated the highest trading turnover among the blue chips - of 1.9 million kuna, for a second straight day, on the back of trading in the company's preferred shares. The company's preferred shares closed at 495 kuna, down 0.4%. Its ordinary shares closed flat at 560 kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover plummeted to 4.6 million kuna ($685,800/618,400 euro) from 21.7 million kuna on Tuesday.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index rose 0.20% to 1,988.16 after falling 0.17% in the previous trading day.
The narrower of ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, increased by 0.22% to 1,181.79 after decreasing 0.23% on Tuesday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index added 0.05% to 116.0192.
