The capital was raised through an issue of 4,359,616 new shares with a nominal value of 20 kuna each, the company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
After the capital hike, the company's capital is divided into 7,596,684 shares with a par value of 20 kuna each.
Slavonski Brod-based Djuro Djakovic Holding provides products and services in two main areas: energy and industry, and vehicles and machinery.
