Croatia's CIAK proposing 0.18 euro/share dividend

May 7 (SeeNews) - Croatian car parts and accessories distributor CIAK Grupa d.d. [ZSE:CIAK] said on Tuesday it will propose to its shareholders to distribute a dividend of 0.18 euro ($0.19) per share out of its net profit for 2023.

Overall, 3.6 million euro will be paid out as dividend out of the net profit of 6.3 million euro reported for last year, the company said on in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Furthermore, 5% of the net profit will be allocated to the company's obligatory reserves and the remainder will be retained.

Last year, CIAK Grupa paid out a dividend of 0.15 euro per share, according to previously disclosed information.

CIAK's main line of business is the distribution of car parts, car batteries and motor oils; waste management and recycling; and wholesale.

CIAK's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on May 3, closing flat at 6.80 euro.
