Overall, 3.6 million euro will be paid out as dividend out of the net profit of 6.3 million euro reported for last year, the company said on in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Furthermore, 5% of the net profit will be allocated to the company's obligatory reserves and the remainder will be retained.
Last year, CIAK Grupa paid out a dividend of 0.15 euro per share, according to previously disclosed information.
CIAK's main line of business is the distribution of car parts, car batteries and motor oils; waste management and recycling; and wholesale.
CIAK's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on May 3, closing flat at 6.80 euro.
