September 19 (SeeNews) - Croatian company Capturis said on Thursday it has increased to 5.01% its stake in local wholesaler Zitnjak [ZSE:ZTNJ], once member of the failed Agrokor concern.
Split-based Capturis has crossed the 5.0% ownership threshold on September 18 when it acquired 297 shares in Zitnjak, it said in a Zagreb bourse filing.

Following the transaction, Capturis holds 10,297 shares in Zitnjak.
Capturis was the second largest shareholder in Zitnjak with a 4.86% stake prior to the transaction, preceded only by Fortenova Group, which controls 84.5%, according to data from the Zagreb bourse.
Fortenova Group took over Agrokor's business operations in April 2019 under a June 2018 settlement agreement with creditors.
Zitnjak shares closed 15.38% higher at 60 kuna ($8.9/8.1 euro) on the Zagreb bourse on Wednesday as 297 shares changed hands, bourse data showed.
There was no trading in Zitnjak's shares by 1100 CET on Thursday.
