Croatia’s BC Institut proposes dividend of 1.50 euro/share

May 8 (SeeNews) - Croatian crop research company BC Institut [ZSE:BCIN] will propose a dividend of 1.50 euro ($1.61) per share, using part of its retained profit for 2008, it said on Wednesday.

The company’s net profit of some 851,400 euro reported for 2023 will be retained, BG Institut said in an announcement of its annual shareholders’ meeting to be held on June 26. Record date is June 16.

Last year, the company paid out a dividend of 1.35 euro per share, from part of its retained profit for 2007.

BC Institut's shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on Tuesday, closing flat at 60 euro per share.
