Croatia’s Badel 1862 becomes strategic partner of Duh U Boci

This strategic investment will enable Duh U Boci to build a new distillery and expand its production capacity, while Badel 1862 will take charge of distributing its products in Croatia and the Adria region, Badel 1862 said in a Linkedin post on Monday.

Financial details were not disclosed.

According to data from the court registry, Duh U Boci was founded by Tomislav Anadolac and Hrvoje Busic in 2017.

Duh U Boci posted a net profit of 208,000 euro ($226,000) on revenue of 1.2 million euro in 2023, according to data available from Finance Analytics - Dun & Bradstreet. In 2022, its revenue was 1.0 million euro.
