Croatia's avg net wage up real 4.6% in 2023

The average gross monthly salary last year amounted to 1,548 euro, and it was higher by a real 6.3% compared to 2022, the Croatian Bureau of Statistics said in a monthly report.

In December, the average net monthly salary was 1,191 euro, which in real terms was 0.9% lower month-on-month and 9.0% higher year-on-year.

The average gross monthly salary in December stood at 1,620 euro, 3.0% lower in real terms compared to November and 8.6% higher compared to December 2022.
