Croatia's Auto Hrvatska proposes higher dividend for 2023

March 22 (SeeNews) - Croatian motor vehicle dealer Auto Hrvatska [ZSE:AUHR] said on Friday it would propose a dividend of 8.0 euro ($8.7) per share from its retained earnings from previous years.

The company’s net profit of 8.3 million euro for 2023 will be retained, the company said in a bourse filing.

The record date for the dividend payout is May 10, with the ex-date set for May 9. Shareholders should expect to receive the dividend by May 24.

The company's shareholders will vote on the proposal on April 24.

Last year, Auto Hrvatska distributed a dividend of 5.31 euro per share.

Shares in Auto Hrvatska last traded on Thursday on the Zagreb bourse, when they ended 1.12% higher at 180 euro.
