The value of the transaction is 26.5 million euro ($28.9 million), on a cash-free and debt-free basis, Atlantic Grupa said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
This building, which houses the headquarters of Atlantic Grupa, spans over nine floors and nearly 9,000 square meters.
“By acquiring the building, where it currently occupies several floors, Atlantic will consolidate office spaces in the Zagreb area in its own office building, which will thereby become the representative headquarters of one of the leading companies in Croatia and the region,” it added.
Shares of Atlantic Grupa had not traded by 10:41 local time on the Zagreb bourse. On Wednesday, they closed 0.93% lower at 53.50 euro.
