Croatia's Arena Hospitality Group ups own shareholding

ZAGREB (Croatia), September 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT] has bought back 112 own shares at 364 kuna ($54.0/49.2 euro) apiece on September 20, it said on Monday.

Following the transaction, the company held 10,716 of its own shares representing 0.208941% of the issued capital, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

The group's shares traded at 364 kuna by 1019 CET on Monday on ZSE, unchanged from Friday's close.

Arena Hospitality Group comprises seven hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes, eight campsites and many food and beverage outlets. It owns, co-owns, leases or manages 15 hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes and eight campsites.
