Croatia's Arena Hospitality Group buys back 94 shares

ZAGREB (Croatia), September 16 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT] bought back 94 own shares at 362 kuna ($54.2/49.0 euro) apiece on September 13, it said on Monday.

Following the transaction, the company held 10,504 of its own shares representing 0.204807% of the issued capital, it said in a filing to the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

The group's shares closed at 362 kuna on Friday, down 0.55%.

Arena Hospitality Group comprises seven hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes, eight campsites and many food and beverage outlets. It owns, co-owns, leases or manages 15 hotels, four self-catering holiday apartment complexes and eight campsites.
