Ivan Laljak, a Colliers manager in charge of capital markets for Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia, said in an email to SeeNews that they cannot disclose the sale price and that the seller wants to receive offers from the market through a competitive sales process.

Colliers Croatia, the exclusive agent for this sales process, invites all potential investors to submit a letter of intent by June 18, according to a note on its website.

Hotel Odisej was built in 1978 and renovated in 1996 and 2004. It consists of 155 rooms and 2 luxury apartments, spanning a total surface area of 8,738 square metres, including land and hotel infrastructure.

The hotel is the only one located within the Mljet National Park.
