"A formal invitation will be sent to his [Todoric's] home address," Miljenic told media late on Thursday, live on broadcaster HRT.

The committee's sessions will be public except when they pertain to documents classified as confidential by law.

Earlier this week, Croatia's parliament gave the green light to the formation of the nine-member committee which will have six months to look into Agrokor's financial problems.
