Croatia's Adris proposes 2.57 euro dividend

April 25 (SeeNews) - Croatian diversified group Adris [ZSE:ADRS, ADRS2] said on Thursday it will propose a dividend of 2.57 euro ($2.76) per share.

Adris plans to pay out 2.28 euro per share from its retained profit from 2005 to 2011 and an additional 0.29 euro per share from its earnings retained after 2012, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse. The company’s net profit of 8.2 million euro reported for 2023 will be retained.

Record day is July 8, ex-date is July 5 and payment date is July 24.

Adris shareholders will vote on the proposed dividend distribution at a meeting scheduled for June 12.

Last year, Adris paid out a dividend of 2.35 euro per share.

Adris controls the largest insurer in the country - Croatia Osiguranje [ZSE:CROS,CROS2]. Its tourism business comprises several hotel operators including Maistra [ZSE:MAIS] and HUP-Zagreb. It also owns aquaculture and fish processing company Cromaris.

The group's blue-chip preferred shares traded flat at 61 euro on the Zagreb bourse on Thursday by 1248 local time, while its regular shares last traded on April 19, when they closed unchanged at 84 euro.
