Croatia's Adris Grupa gains ownership over Hotel Marjan

November 27 (SeeNews) - Croatian blue-chip diversified company Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS] said on Wednesday it has become the legal owner of Split-based hotel complex Hotel Marjan following a court ruling on bankruptcy proceedings.

The company gained full ownership rights following a decision of the commercial court in Split, issued within the bankruptcy proceedings against Split-based Adriatic d.d., Adris said in a statement with the Zagreb bourse.

According to earlier media reports, Adris Grupa bought Hotel Marjan for 324 million kuna ($47.9 million/ 43.6 million euro) in August in an electronic public auction organised by the Split commercial court.

Adris shares traded up 0.89% at 565 kuna on the Zagreb bourse by 15:15 CET on Wednesday.
