June 11 (SeeNews) - Croatian company Adriagate, a provider of private accommodation and tourist services, said it has acquired local travel agency To Islands Travel.
"After the successful acquisitions of travel agencies Raduca from Primosten, Tibor Tours from Crikvenica and Val Tours from Biograd na Moru, this is yet another major undertaking with which Adriagate strengthens its position as the largest domestic company for reservations and management of short-term rental of apartments, houses and villas," Adriagate said in a note on its Linkedin profile last week. It did not disclose the value of the deal.

According to data from the court registry, To Islands Travel was founded by Ivica Sinovcic.
Split-based To Islands Travel has twenty employees.
To Islands Travel posted a revenue of 2.2 million euro ($2.4 million) in 2023, up from 1.8 million euro in 2022, according to data by business information provider Dun & Bradstreet.
