December 2 (SeeNews) - Croatian hotel operator Adria Resorts has completed its merger into its parent Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS], the diversified holding company said.
The decision of the commercial court in Pazin for the entering of Adria Resorts into the court registry as a company merged into the group has been received on November 29, Adris Grupa said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) on Friday.

The merger contract was signed on September 10.
Croatian national Ante Vlahovic is the largest single shareholder in Adris Grupa with a 17.17% stake, followed by the owner of a custodian account in Zagrebacka Banka controlling 10.91%. The remainder belongs to smaller shareholders, bourse data showed on December 2.
Adris Grupa's shares last traded on the ZSE on Thursday, closing 0.88% higher at 570 kuna ($84/77 euro). The shares did not trade at opening on Monday.
