Croatia’s 3. Maj to cover 2023 net loss with future profit

The net loss of 3. Maj Brodogradiliste totalled 12.59 million euro ($13.5 million), while the overall consolidated net loss of the company and its subsidiaries stood at 12.556 million euro in 2023, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on July 17.

Last year they decided to cover its net loss of 13 million euro for 2022 with future profit.

Shares of 3. Maj have not been traded since August 2022.
