November 12 (SeeNews) - Croatian share indices fell further on Monday in increased turnover, bourse data indicated.

Croatian stock market extends losses

The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) lost 0.40% to 1,746.87 points after falling 0.43% on Friday.

The narrower blue-chip index, the CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float, market capitalisation and liquidity on the ZSE, fell 0.01% to 989.39 points.

The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, ended 1.34% lower in euro terms at 910.14.

Power transmission equipment maker Dalekovod [ZSE:DLKV-R-A] posted the highest turnover of 3.1 million kuna ($532,000/411,200 euro) among the CROBEX components. The stock led the blue-chip decliners, falling 21.18% to 67.39 kuna.

Confectionery producer Kras [ZSE:KRAS-R-A] led the blue-chip gainers, rising 1.48% to 374.5 kuna.

The bourse's total turnover in floor trading rose to 21.4 million kuna from 12.2 million kuna on Friday.

The fixed-income CROBIS index closed 0.12% lower at 102.8663 points.

The CROBIS Total Return bond index, which has the same components as the CROBIS and also includes accrued interest or interest payments, fell 0.10% to 120.2373 points.
