Croatian Share Indices Mostly Dip, Turnover Down

September 23 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) mostly fell on Wednesday in lower turnover, bourse data showed.

Croatian Share Indices Mostly Dip, Turnover Down

The 24-share benchmark CROBEX index edged down 0.13% to 2,197.83 points after rising 0.73% on Tuesday.

No value for the CROEMI 20-share index, calculated by Raiffeisenbank Austria, was available by 1500 GMT on Wednesday.

The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, was down 0.11% in euro terms to 1,333.96 points.

The narrower blue-chip index, CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float market capitalisation and liquidity, fell 0.41% to 1,158.25 points on Wednesday.

The shares of blue-chip telco T-HT, majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom, were off 0.19% to 258 kuna ($52/35 euro) in the day's highest turnover of some 3.1 million kuna.

Total turnover in floor trading fell to 19.3 million kuna from 22.8 million kuna on Tuesday.

The fixed-income CROBIS inched up 0.24% to 88.23 points.
