The 24-share benchmark CROBEX index fell 0.76% to 2,219.60 points after adding 0.35% on Thursday.
The 20-share CROEMI index, calculated by Raiffeisenbank Austria, closed down 0.77% at 2,000.06 points.
The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, lost 0.81% in euro terms to 1,339.24 points.
The narrower blue-chip index, CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float market capitalisation and liquidity, was down 0.54% to 1,166.24 points on Friday.
The shares of blue-chip telco T-HT, majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom, rose 0.4% to 259.73 kuna ($52/35 euro) in the day's highest turnover of some 6.8 million kuna.
Total turnover in floor trading more than halved to 32 million kuna from 72.2 million kuna on Thursday.
The fixed-income CROBIS edged up 0.20% to 87.01 points.
