September 29 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) pushed further into the green on Tuesday as turnover rose, bourse data showed.
The 24-share benchmark CROBEX index was up 1.80% to 2,200.55 points after rising 0.27% on Monday. The 20-share CROEMI index, calculated by Raiffeisenbank Austria, closed 1.72% higher at 1,987.45 points.
The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, rose 1.4% in euro terms to 1,332.85 points.
The narrower blue-chip index, CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float market capitalisation and liquidity, advanced 1.4% to 1,157.24 points on Tuesday.
The shares of blue-chip telco T-HT, majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom, closed up 0.38% at 259.50 kuna ($52/36 euro) in the day's highest turnover of some 12.5 million kuna.
Total turnover in floor trading rose to 29.8 million kuna from 22.5 million kuna on Monday.
The fixed-income CROBIS index inched up 0.14% to 88.96 points.
