Croatian share indices end mixed, SPAN shines

May 13 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange ended mixed on Monday, amidst gains in software developer SPAN [ZSE:SPAN], and losses in electrical concern Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] and food and pharmaceuticals manufacturer Podravka [ZSE:PODR], bourse data showed.

The 21-share benchmark, the CROBEX, added 0.12% to close at 2,799.41 points.

The narrower equity index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, dipped 0.01% to 1,687.86 points.

SPAN was the most traded company with a turnover of some 127,00 euro ($137,000). Its shares surged 6.67% to 48 euro.

Shares of ICT solutions provide Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] ended flat at 203 euro in a turnover of 126,000 euro.

Shares of Koncar lost 0.76% to 262 euro in a turnover of 110,000 euro.

Podravka was the only other company with a turnover above the 100,000 euro mark. Its shares fell 0.63% to 157 euro in a turnover of 107,000 euro.

The total bourse turnover reached 1.2 million euro from just 880,000 euro on Friday.
