November 6 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) slipped into the red on Friday as turnover rose, bourse data showed.

Croatian Share Indices Dip, Turnover Up

The 24-share benchmark CROBEX index closed down 0.62% at 2,120.58 points after rising 1.12% on Thursday.

The narrower blue-chip index, CROBEX10, which tracks the 10 leading companies in terms of free-float market capitalisation and liquidity, fell 0.76% to 1,105.32 points.

The CROX index, which tracks the 12 most traded stocks on the ZSE and is calculated by the Vienna bourse, fell 1.1% in euro terms to 1,295.41 points.

Shares of telco HT-Hrvatske Telekomunikacije d.d., majority-owned by Deutsche Telekom, closed down 0.67% at 269 kuna ($55.1/37.0 euro) in the day's highest turnover of some 7.3 million kuna.

ZSE's total turnover in floor trading rose to 27.5 million kuna from 19.6 million kuna on Thursday.

The fixed-income CROBIS index edged up 0.01% to 92.45 points.
