October 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian real estate investment trust (REIT) Quaestus Nekretnine has sold its 8.94% stake in local construction company Hidroelektra Niskogradnja for an undisclosed sum, the company said.
Quaestus Nekretnite sold 55,735 shares, equivalent to a stake of 8.94%, Hidroelektra Niskogradnja said in a statement to the Zagreb Stock Exchange on Monday.

Two privately-held Croatian companies, Samoborka and Teleop, own 23% each in Hidroelektra Niskogradnja. The remainder is owned by individual investors.
The company’s shares fell 2.33% to 335 kuna ($69.5/46 euro) in turnover of 181,835 kuna on Monday.
