Croatian regulator OKs Erste Money Market fund

February 19 (SeeNews) - Croatia's financial services regulator, Hanfa, said it has allowed Erste Asset Management to establish and manage a publicly traded open-end investment fund called Erste Money Market.

The fund will primarily invest in money market instruments, deposits, and reverse repo deals. Its focus will be on treasury bills issued by entities from Croatia, other European Union countries, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and the Central European Free Trade Agreement (CEFTA), according to a statement by Hanfa last week.
