Croatian lender IKB plans dividend of 15 euro p/s

February 20 (SeeNews) - Croatia’s Istarska Kreditna Banka Umag [ZSE:IKBA] said on Tuesday it plans to pay a dividend of 15 euro ($16.2) per share out of its profit for 2023.

Record date is April 4, ex date is April 3 and payment date is April 18, the bank said in a statement posted to the website of the Zagreb bourse.

The proposals will be voted on at a general shareholders’ meeting scheduled for March 28.

Last year, the bank paid a divided of 12 euro per share out of its profit for 2022.

The bank’s shares traded 1.43% higher at 426 euro on Tuesday afternoon on the Zagreb bourse.
