ZAGREB (Croatia), October 2 (SeeNews) – Croatian tourism company Rovinjturist will be acquired in a 1:7 share swap by local hotel owner Maistra, Erste Securities said.
One common share of Rovinjturist will be swapped for 6.900161698 of Maistra’s shares after Adria Resorts, owner of both companies, said it will give up a stake in Maistra to enable the share swap, Erste Securities said in a statement late on Thursday.
The date of the transaction is yet to be disclosed, the statement said.
Adria Resorts is a tourism strategic business unit within blue-chip tobacco and tourism company Adris Grupa.
