April 8 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) gained ground on Monday despite a drop of liquidity, bourse data showed.
The regular turnover fell to just 460,000 euro ($499,000) from 1.2 million euro on Friday.
The 21-share benchmark CROBEX added 0.23% to end at 2,831.70 points.
The narrower equity index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, rose 0.39% to 1,706.43 points, halting a six-day losing streak.
Shares of shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] generated the biggest daily turnover, of some 51,000 euro, as they appreciated 0.46% to 43.80 euro.
Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA] ranked second by turnover with 49,000 euro. Its shares closed 0.55% higher at 18.30 euro. They are part of the wider equity index.
