November 23 (SeeNews) - Croatia's largest dairy products maker Dukat [ZSE:LURA] said it called a general shareholders meeting to vote on a squeeze-out proposal submitted by its majority owner, Belgium-based B.S.A. International (BSAI).
The meeting will be held on December 29, Dukat said in a statement last week.

BSAI, a unit of French multinational dairy products corporation Lactalis, is offering to pay 928 kuna ($146/123 euro) per share in the squeeze-out, Dukat said.
As of November 23, BSAI owned 95.33% of Dukat, Zagreb Stock Exchange data showed.
Dukat's shares traded flat at 910 kuna by 1517 CET on Monday.
