The two companies offered a price of 18 million kuna ($3.3 million/2.5 million euro) for 74% of Pruzne Gradjevine, equal to the starting price, HFP said in a statement on Wednesday. HFP received no other bids for Pruzne Gradjevine by the deadline, which expired on Wednesday.
Pruzne Gradjevine is a subsidiary of state-owned Croatian Railways company.
The bidders pledged to keep the company's core business, as required in the tender, and offered to invest 41.3 million kuna in five years. Dalekovod’s shares closed at 571.99 kuna on Wednesday, down 4.67%.
