Croatian businessman to build 60.2 MWp solar park

June 6 (SeeNews) - Croatian businessman Ivica Penic plans to build a solar power park with an installed capacity of 60.2 MWp in the village of Poljana Vojnicka in the central Karlovac county, the economy ministry said.

Penic has submitted a request for an environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the project, the economy ministry said in a statement.

The solar photovoltaic park will be built on a land plot of 58.2 hectares. Its estimated annual electricity production is 68,839 MWh.
