October 27 (SeeNews) - The Croatian equity benchmark, the CROBEX index of the Zagreb bourse, plunged almost seven percent intraday on Monday mirroring losses on foreign markets.
The 28-share CROBEX measured 2,041.05 points by 1339 GMT, down 6.92% from Friday's close of 2,192.85 points.
The bourses in Bulgaria, Romania, Slovenia and Serbia fell between 3% and 8% on Monday on concerns that global recession will hit earnings.
