August 11 (SeeNews) - Passenger numbers at Croatia's airports increased to 1.28 million in June, up from 320,000 in the same month last year, official statistics showed on Thursday.
The total number of landings and take-offs at Croatian airports rose 90.3% on the year, reaching 15,011 in June, while cargo volumes increased by 41.4% on the year to 1 kilotonnes, the statistical office said in a monthly report.
Split airport served the largest number of passengers in June – 418,184, up by an annual 264.6% - followed by the airport in Dubrovnik with 311,298 passengers and Zagreb airport with 291,117 passengers.
