Croatia withdraws approval for N3 Capital Partners new hedge fund

June 5 (SeeNews) - Croatia's financial services regulator, Hanfa, said it cancelled its decision allowing alternative investment fund management company N3 Capital Partners to launch the N3 High Yield open-ended alternative investment hedge fund with private offering due to lack of interest.

On May 28, N3 Capital Partners said that it will not launch the fund as investor interest was low, Hanfa said in a statement on Tuesday.

In May 2023, Hanfa gave the green light to N3 Capital Partners to set up the hedge fund within a year.
