September 20 (SeeNews) - Croatian civil engineering companies Kamgrad and GP Krk have begun the construction of an 875 million kuna ($130.7 million/118.2 million euro) hospital in the coastal city of Rijeka, the health ministry said.
The project is financed by a government-guaranteed loan, as the completion deadline is March 2022, the ministry said in a press release on Thursday.
The hospital will spread over 44,000 square metres and will have eight floors.
