Croatia Sells Euro T-bills, Kuna T-bills Above Target

December 29 (SeeNews) - Croatia's Finance Ministry said on Tuesday it sold one-year Treasury bills worth 30.220 million euro ($43.6 million), above its target offer of 30 million euro, as yields fell to 4.5% from 4.8% in the previous auction held on December 15.

In separate auctions, the ministry also sold one-year, six-month and three-month Treasury bills worth a combined 850 million kuna ($168 million/116 million euro), above its target offer of 300 million kuna, the ministry said in a statement.

The kuna-denominated one-year government securities yielded 5.99%, down from 6.2% at the previous auction held also on December 15. Yields on the six-month securities fell to 5.2% from 6.0% and the three-month T-bills yielded 4.7%, down from 5.5% at the previous auction.
