Croatia seeks expressions of interest for minority stakes in three local cos

December 27 (SeeNews) - The state-run Croatian Agency for State Property Management said on Thursday it has invited expressions of interest for state-owned stakes in three local companies.

The companies are hotel operators Hoteli Baska and Hotel Central and tourism company Ivancica, the agency said on its website.

The nominal value of the 6.89% stake in Hoteli Baska that is up for sale is 6.2 million kuna ($1.1 million/821,300 euro), while the nominal value of the 14.01% stake in Hotel Central is 2.5 million kuna. The nominal value of the 15.56% stake in Ivancica is 1.8 million kuna.

Letters of interest should be submitted by January 11.
